probably u need to disable driver signature enforcement in windows 10 to install the driver...overall i am pretty sure there is a problem with the drivers in windows 10 . I did some searching and found many others ran into this problem on Windows 8 and said that disabling "802.11n mode" on the adapter fixes this. Probably every one of them that has a date older than 2015 is unsupported. Or is it in answer to my second question about whether you've made any changes to the driver defaults?
